Garlic Mustard Pesto 3 cups (packed) fresh garlic mustard
leaves
3-4 garlic cloves
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup pinenuts (optinal)
3/4 tsp salt
1. Put all ingredients together into a food processor
2. Run at high speed until all ingredients are finely chopped. It should Resemble a
dark green paste
3. Taste, and add up to 1/4 tsp more salt if necessary
4. The pesto can be used as a base for your favorite homemade pizza |
